Robert Thiel Obituary
Born Oct. 28, 1958, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Robert W. and Grace Lamoffia Thiel.
Bob worked as a mason for various companies over the years.
He loved golf, the horse tracks and bowling.
He will be greatly missed and will always be remembered for his sense of humor.
Surviving are his wife, Maria Guerrero Thiel, whom he married on June 20, 1998; his three children, Rachel (John) Jacobs of Pittsburgh, Maria (Dewey) Buzzard of Saxonburg, and Ozzie (Megan) Cosme of Butler; his 11 grandchildren, Cassandra, Alyssa, Danny, Jordan, Logan, Brianna, Lily, Kennedy, Salina, Marilynn and Zoey; one great-grandchild due in December; and four sisters.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
THIEL - A memorial service for Robert J. "Bob" Thiel, who died Friday, Aug. 6, 2021, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.
Memorials may be made to the Butler County Humane Society.
