Rosalie Madden Obituary

Rosalie M. Malicki Madden, 90, of Butler, passed away peacefully on Friday June 11, 2021.

She was born Aug. 25, 1930, in Beech Bottom, W.Va., and was the daughter of the late Paul D. Watt and Margaret Hayes.

Rose worked for Joe McKain Appliances. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Butler. She enjoyed puzzles, playing bingo, reading books, shopping, her love of all "junkfood and sweets," going to the casino, and Pennsylvania Lottery tickets.

Rose will be greatly missed and will be remembered for her independence, her strong will and sense of humor.

She is survived by her nephew, Michael (Kelly) Hasychak of Butler.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Madden, who died Aug. 17, 2010, one daughter and two sisters.

Madden - Friends of Rosalie M. Malicki Madden, who died Friday June 11, 2021, will be received from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 East Cunningham St., Butler with Tom Harrison, officiating.

Entombment will be in the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at Butler County Memorial Park.
