To Plummer and Joes' family:
I would like to take the time to offer up my prayers for your families at this time. Growing up with Joe was a great pleasure and watching him go through some of hard times he had in the younger age. We would walk around the in the neighborhood and just hang out. Please except my prayers from me and my family.
