Stan and Kit were our State College neighbors for six years. Stan was a kind, gentle man -- great with our kids when they were little. We moved from the area in 96. When I visited about six years ago, we had a nice visit. I have such fond memories of Stan.

When I started my job at Penn State, my first resource was the information Stan Gesell had made available. They remain among the most useful for both practical and historical information.
