I just learned today (Sept 3, 2021) of Dave's passing and I am in such shock. I worked with him for many, many years. Dave was always such a great person and friend. My heart and condolences goes out to Sue and his daughters and all his family. You will be missed my friend.

I just learned of Dave´s passing today, 09.01.2021, from Max. He was a wonderful person. I have worked with him off and on for more than 20 yrs. I´m in such disbelief and sadden. My deepest condolences to his family and close friends. RIP my friend - gone way to early.
