Andy, Donna, Boomer George, Fred and all. No words can ever say enough to make the pain disappear, but I know Edie lived each day with love and laughter, and wouldn't have changed a thing she did here on earth. You know God took her because he needed a special events coordinator and he knew she was the best. Right now we're all missing out on some gala events.
We wish you all our deepest sympathy and love.

Mom,
You were my mom and my best friend. My heart aches for you, I miss your smile, your touch, your laugh, your love. I'm grateful and gives thanks to God that he took you without pain and suffering. I will always remember the laughs, tears and all of the special times we had together. I think you taught me well enough to follow you, I'm just not sure I'm ready to fill your shoes. The support and love given to us these past two weeks has been overwhelming and a tribute to the great lady that you were. You lived life to the fullest, never skipping a day or a moment. Good-Bye Mom - your filled my heart with love and will remain in my heart always. Watch over Dad, Boomer, Chris, Colleen, Jessica, Michael and I Keep us safe. We love you and miss you.
Your Daughter,
Donna

We can only express our shock and our sympathy for the family. Edith was always the one to help organize and participate in the school reunions. She was a good friend thru grammar school and high school and as a close neighbor. Even though we have lived miles apart, she has remained in our thoughts. We know she will be dearly missed.

Your mother is always with you...
She's the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.
She's the smell of bleach in
your freshly laundered socks.
She's the cool hand on your
brow when you're not well.
Your mother lives inside
your laughter. She's crystallized
in every tear drop...
She's the place you came from,
your first home.. She's the map you
follow with every step that you take.
She's your first love and your first heart
break....and nothing on earth can separate you.
Not time, Not space...
Not even death....
will ever separate you
from your mother....
You carry her inside of you....
All our love and prayers to your whole family at the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother.

Edie was a devoted wife, mother, sister , grandmother, and friend. God was in her heart and her thoughts and actions were always for her family, friends, and those in need. Edie shared her life with others in so many wonderful ways with her kind thoughts, her generous giving, and wonderful stories. Edie, I love you so much and you will remain in my heart forever. Your sister-in-law, Carla
