Joanne Karpus, nee Wegner, age 65, beloved wife of Leonard; loving mother of Loretta (Eric) Barker and the late Christine; cherished grandmother of Michael Karpus, Anna and Aaron Barker; dear sister of the late Loretta Wegner; sister-in-law, niece, cousin, aunt and a friend to all. Funeral Chapel Service 11:30 a.m. Friday, September 8, at Mt. Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 Oak Park Ave. 60402. Visitation Thursday, 2 to 8 p.m. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. 708-749-2033.

We are so sorry to hear about Joannie. She will always be remembered with a smile on my face as she was a very loving ,funny and endearing woman.
