Rogelio Dominguez

Rogelio V. Dominguez, 74, of Aurora passed away surrounded by family on March 27, 2017. He was born on July 31, 1942 in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico the son of Jose and Juanita (Valdez) Dominguez. He was a longtime parishioner at St. Peter's Catholic Church. In 2005 he retired from Schaefer Greenhouses after over 40 years of dedicated service. He loved his entire family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rosalinda; children, Rogelio, Jr. "Roy" (Amy) Dominguez, Hilario Dominguez, and Rosalinda (Arnulfo) Sosa; grandchildren, Mariah and Alec Dominguez; siblings, Eugenio Dominguez, Maria De Jesus Dominguez and Jose (Yolanda) Dominguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Pedro Dominguez and sister Antonia Barrones. Family will be receiving guests on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Dieterle Memorial Home, 1120 S. Broadway Ave. Montgomery, IL 60538. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 925 Sard Ave. Aurora, IL. Interment will be private.
