Sadly missed and loved
Elizabeth (Bettie) Elliott
March 30, 2002
I feel great sadness with the loss of my Uncle Bill. He was an extraordinary man with a great sense of humor. He loved life and radiated his smile wherever he went. I remember when I was a little girl, whenever I would see him, he would smile, his great big smile, and scoop me up in his arms. He will be dearly missed. My heart goes out to my cousins, Rob, Clay, and Peter. May we all keep Bill Goss alive, with our memories of him.

I have very fond memories of "Uncle" Bill. His toast to Kris and I at our wedding in 1988 still stands out in my memory of that event. He always had a great presence whenever I was around him. Our deepest sympathy goes out to my cousins: Rob, Clay, and Peter.
Bill's passing might be a loss to us but, without doubt, a gain in heaven.
