Yvonne J. Ward

Yvonne J. Ward, 73, of Waukegan formerly of Libertyville, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2005 at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan. She was born October 3, 1931 in Chicago and had been a longtime area resident. Yvonne was a wonderful homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and dedicated friend. Her sense of humor and kindness blessed all who crossed her path. She is survived by her mother, Mary Partipilo of Libertyville; children, Michael (Lynn) Ward of Colorado, Debbie VanArsdale of Waukegan, Irene Ward of Colorado; grandchildren, Kyle, Kolby, Madison Ward all of Colorado and Van VanArsdale of Waukegan; sister Diane Partipilo of Libertyville. Yvonne is also survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Ward of Batavia, IL; brother-in-law Ed (Dale) Ward of LaGrange, IL and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at St. Anastasia Church, 624 Douglas Ave., Waukegan. Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Lake Forest. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, 408 N. Sheridan Rd., Waukegan.
