Fort Collins Baseball Club, and baseball in Fort Collins, is better for having Bob involved. As a fan of the game and as a supporter of the FCBC Scholarship Program, Bob repeatedly demonstrated his passion for baseball and his generosity toward others. Our thanks to Bob, Jill, and the boys for making baseball better in our town.

Jill, one memory of Bob is when he was on sabbatical at Harvard, and Gary was on sabbatical at MIT, Bob and I were standing in line at a favorite coffee shop at Harvard Square. We chatted and I asked him to come over for dinner. He said, no thank you, I'm flying home to be with my fiance. Bob had bought several airline tickets so that you would see each other every weekend.
True love.
We all will miss him.
Love, Maxine

In a nearly 50 year friendship, it is difficult to put into words, what Bob meant and means to me. I deeply treasure our countless adventures, our shared bonds, our conversations, and individual moments that have always sustained me in my life. In the time remaining that I will spend on the planet Bob will always be in my thoughts and close to my side. I love you, Mush. Safe travels.
