Dear Family,

Bill Reinhardt was the skipper of the Sea Scout Ship Dragon based in Vancouver at the time. He devoted hours to providing healthy, rewarding experiences for young men interested in sailing. He was a role me and many other of my friends. Better yet, I never saw him lose his temper or say/do something inappropriate despite having to deal with a VERY high-spirited group of boys-turning-in-to-men. He will be missed.
