BOBBY TYNER Obituary

Bobby Len Tyner, 58, of Collierville, passed from this life Tuesday, July 23, 2013, surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. Tyner was born in Ft. Bragg, NC to Bobby Gene and Katie Palmer Tyner. A graduate of Dyersburg High School, he was a Internet Marketing Business owner and was Baptist in faith. Bobby is survived by his wife, Lisa Garner Tyner; a daughter, Lindsey Tyner; two sons, Jason and Colby Tyner; three sisters, Karen Jeffries, Kellie Butler and Shelia Sullivan, and two grandchildren, Kaylee and Carley Tyner. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of Bobby’s life will be held Saturday, July 27 at 2 p.m. in the T. Carl Rutledge Memorial Chapel of Collierville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 p.m., Saturday. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society. Even though I only knew you for a short time it was obvious to me how much bobby was loved, I will remember seeing his sweet smile . He showed great courage and his wife Lisa was just as brave . Words cannot express my deepest smpathy . I write this to let each of your loved ones know my thoughts and prayers are with each of you and I shall not forget how Bobby and Lisa have touched my life.

Couldnt be sure that this was the Bobby Tyner that I worked with at John Harland Co. but after viewing the photos, it was. A super nice guy but very smart -- when the plant closed, he already had something to do that apparently paid off where he would be his own boss. Really sorry this happened - very, very nice person. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

We are all praying for you during this time. We didn't have the opportunity to know him very well, but because he loved you and took care of you, we loved him, too! We know you will miss him in this life, but one day we will truly know him and be together forever! What a wonderful day that will be!!!
