Barbara T. Garrity, age 77, of Stratford, NJ, passed away Saturday, February 18th, 2012 at Virtua- West Jersey Hospital, Voorhees, NJ.
Beloved wife of the late John Patrick Garrity. Devoted mother of John P. Jr (Kim) Garrity, Barbara Ann (Joseph Jr.) Acerbo and William (Diana Doran) Garrity. Grandmother of Christopher Jack, Sean, Gina, Joseph Doran, Nicole, Timmy and Joseph III. Great Grandmother of Jenelle. Sister of Rita Schneider, Dorothy Melchert and Agnes Henkel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing and visitation with the family Friday 10:30 AM-12 Noon, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish- Saint Luke Church, Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ. Funeral Mass to follow at 12 Noon. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.

To all the Garrity family my condolences. I always think of Barbara when I am making my Christmas cookies I still use her receipe. Sorry I won't be there but I know my grandchildren will miss their "Mom Mom"

Billy, Barb & Jack I am so sorry for your loss. Aunt Barb was an awesome person. I will always remember her for many things especially her candy apples. It saddens me that I may not be able to say goodbye as u know I am in hospital. Please know I will be there with all of you in spirit. Love your cousin Caas

Aunt barb,
I miss u all ready calling my mom and both of us teasing aunt Rita,I am going to miss the fun times we had,and all the great laughs, u always had a smile that lite up the room,and I'm going to miss my apple taffys u made the best ones,don't know who I am going to get to make them for me maybe I can get billy to do it,love u and miss u but I know i have an angel watching over me.
