James R. Jones, on September 17, 2011, of Chews Landing. Age 59. Beloved husband of Deborah Cohn-Jones for 22 years. Loving son of Ethel (nee Husted) and the late Chief David Jones, Sr. Devoted brother of Ralph Jones (Ann), Robert Jones (Barbara), and the late David R. Jones, Jr. Dear nephew of James Husted (Barbara). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.. James was an owner and operator of Campies Ice Cream & BBQ in Hilltop for 16 years and worked at Dee's Appliance in Delran. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Thursday morning from 9:30 to11am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Service Thursday morning 11am at the funeral home. Interment Chews Methodist, Glendora. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in James' memory to the Resurrection Life Church 716 Dartmoor Ct. Williamstown, NJ 08094 or Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge, 6 Sawmill Road, Medford, NJ 08055. Family and friends may share memories at www.GardnerFuneralHome.com

Debbie, my most sincere condolences go out to you with love and prayers and memories of you and Jim at Campies on our Wednesday night meetings there. I will always remember the great pulled pork sandwiches and great ice cream, along with our "girl talks". Jim was a good guy and will be missed by many of us - I often wondered where you two got to after Campies closed. I have known Jimmy for many many years, through struggles and many Blessings, Jimmy always had an encouraging word, a positive outlook and much love for the God of His Understanding!!
