I just received the news of Sil's death and I am devastated. Sil and I were friends for at least 25 years. I cared about him very much and did not get the news in time to attend the memorial Friday. Sil will always be dear to me and remain in my heart.
Sil had a wonderful outlook on life and a great sense of humor. I will miss him.

Saddened to see his name in the obituaries. Hopefully - he did not suffer much. He was a friend -- and I had also worked w/him. He is remembered for his caring and pleasant demeanor. I will remember him in my prayers.
