Ann Toreson Speiser

SPEISER Ann Toreson Speiser, age 87, widow of Eric H. Speiser, died on Saturday, October 25, 2003, at 3030 Park, Fairfield. A homemaker, Mrs. Speiser was born in Bridgeport, and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Ladies Aide Society. A devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by three daughters, Lynn Bowman of Milford, Janet Garber and her husband, Art, of Fairfield, and Dede Santos and her husband, John, of Milford; her grandchildren, Carolyn and Eric Speiser, Artie and Melissa Garber, Brent Bowman and Jennifer Toth; a great-granddaughter, Raven Kmec; a great-great granddaughter, Mia Ann; one sister, Dorothy Herbert of Arlington, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Eric Speiser. Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, November 1, 2003, at 9 a.m. in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1475 Noble Avenue, Bridgeport. The Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport, is in charge of arrangements.
