Dean Chambers Obituary
Dean R. (DINO) Chambers Jr., age 28 of Stratford, entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2017 in his home. Dean was born in Bridgeport on October 3, 1988 beloved son of Dean Chambers Sr. and Dawn Gallagher Nicefaro. He was a 2007 graduate of Stratford High School. Dean loved animals and nature, but nothing could compare to the love he had for his family. He had a great personality and could light up any room. He was an employee of O&G Industries in Bridgeport and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #191. Survivors include his father Dean Chambers Sr. of Stratford, his mother and stepfather, Dawn and Edward Nicefaro of Monroe, his beloved children, Jameson and Lilly and their mother, Sara Levesque of Milford, a brother, Michael Chambers, three sisters, Giavanna, Anabella, and Bianca Nicefaro, his paternal grandmother, Lillian Atcherson, maternal grandparents, Eugene and Marilyn Gallagher, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Dean was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, John Atcherson. Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Thursday, October 5 at 11 a.m. meeting directly at Our Lady of Grace Church, 498 Second Hill Lane, Stratford. Interment will be private. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, October 4 from 4 –7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Pl., Stratford. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations in memory of Dean to an Education Fund for his children, c/o Milford Bank, 3651 Main St., Stratford, CT 06614. I Only knew dean through work(bridgeport O&G), but instantly knew he had a spark of Love for life/people at a whole. I can only imagine the pain this brings to a family for such a person as him, my Prayers and condolences are with you all.

Dear Dawn,
I first met Dino one month shy of his 5th Birthday. I remember how sweet and loving he was. It took no time at all to see how much he loved to laugh and play. Dino's smile became brighter when saw either you or his buddy, Jesse.
Dino touched so many lives. He will be in all of our hearts forever.

Dean in fact could light up a room. I first met him at Petco, and his love of animals and people was so evident. His excitement over becoming a father was "over the moon". His passing is a loss.

My heart goes out to you, Jameson & Lilly. You are so young and you just lost the man you loved so much. Dean and you were blessed by God with Jameson & Lilly. You will raise the children with nurturing love. They will grow up, become adults, have lives and children of their own. But they will forever love their father, and miss him. Dear Dino,
I will forever love you and treasure the time you were on Earth. Now, you will be forever in Paradise, with our Lord. To get to Paradise is everyone's goal. God gave us life and how we live our life and show God's love to the world and in how we live our lives is what makes God proud of us. You excelled. You were the most loving, kind, sweetest person ever. You will have Life Eternal in Heaven, with God and all the others already there, and the others that will follow. Jameson & Lilly will grow up, get educated, get married, have children and lives of their own; but you will be forever their father and they will love you forever and make you so proud of them.

God gave you Dino for 29 years to love and cherish. Dino will continue in your lives forever, albeit not in a physical sense. He will be the butterfly in the front yard, or the cardinal in the backyard. He will give you a sign that he is happy and is watching over you. You will "feel" his "spirit" in the slightest, most subtle ways. Passing on cannot be avoided by anyone....as God gave us breath, he also knows when it's time to call us "home", to our permanent home in Heaven. Earth is just a place we visit, some people for 92 years, some for 29 years. Everyone's Journey is different in length, but the end result is the same.....all our destinations will end up in Heaven, with our Lord. Our goal is Paradise, and Dean is safe with God.

I will miss Dean's wonderful, contagious smile. He brightened the few moments I got to see him during the day when I walked Moose. Moose will miss Dean's scratch behind her ears.
