Kopacz, Helen E.
Helen Eve Kopacz, age 94, of Southbury, Connecticut, passed from this life on April 24, 2014. Born November 22, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Sophia and William Wozniak. She was predeceased by her four brothers, Stanley, Anthony, Joseph, and Kamel and her sister Josephine. In 1952, she met and married her husband of 49 years, Joseph, who predeceased her in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Mary Elizabeth (Mimi), her husband Ed Huntley, their son Tyler, and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Memorial services will be held at 9 AM on June 14, 2014 at St Joseph Church 50 Fairmont Place Shelton Connecticut. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western Connecticut, 39 Old Ridgebury Road Danbury, Connecticut 06810.
