Joel Bernstein

BERNSTEIN Joel Bernstein, age 56, of Bridgeport, died on Thursday, January 15, 2004, at his residence. Mr. Bernstein was born in Bridgeport, son of the late Arthur and Lilyan (Levine) Bernstein, and was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Eintracht Sick & Benevolent Society, and was retired from SBC/SNET after 30 years. Mr. Bernstein is survived by his son, Eric Bernstein, and his fiancée, Alisa Rawlins, of Edmond, Okla. Services will take place on Monday January 19, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Eintracht Cemetery on Shepard Street in Fairfield. The Abraham L. Green & Son Funeral Home is in care of the arrangements.
