Gary Russell Obituary
Gary L. Russell, 64, of Upper Mifflin Twp, Newville passed away Sunday January 5, 2014 at his home. He was born August 6, 1949, in Newville to the late Clyde Russell and Laura Varner Ott. Gary worked for Johnny's Auto Salvage, Newville for 35 Years. He loved the outdoors, hunting in state game lands in Newville and West Virginia. He enjoyed John Wayne movies and he loved his dog Gizmo.
Survived by his wife of 36 years Vickie A. Knaub Russell; sons Derek Russell of Newville and Gary Jr. of Carlisle and daughter Maggie Russell of Carlisle; five grandchildren and sisters Virginia Baumbaugh of New Bloomfield and Barbara Meeks of Madisonville KT, and a half sister Marge Chamberlin of Chambersburg and his half brother Richard Ott of Shippensburg.
