John Marshall Obituary

John Herbert Marshall, 47, Cynthiana, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Harrison County on July 28, 1975 to Claudette Marie Webster King and the late Benjamin Franklin Marshall, he was a plant supervisor for Harbor Steel Supply Company and a member of Leesburg Christian Church. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Dustin Mathew Spencer.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda Marlene King Marshall; four daughters, Haley Nicole Marshall, Jayden Ann Marshall, Shelby Brooke Mattox and Whitney Danyelle Mattox; a son, Tyler Scott Mattox; six brothers, Glen Warren Spencer, Scott Albert (Christine) Spencer, Guy Kenneth (Tammi) Spencer, Louie Fizette and David Mattox; and seven grandchildren, Khalil Wayne, Khaleyah Siwel Rose, Kylie Raine Brooke, Kasiah Soul Remi Marshall, DaCari Tate, Damirion Tate and Kameriona Patience Aurora.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. at Ware Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Road, Second Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Scott Mattox, Glen Warren Spencer, Scott Albert Spencer, Guy Kenneth Spencer, Chad Scott Spencer, Louie Fizette and David Mattox.
