Horst was truly a great German patriarch . He stayed true to his "Vaterland". I loved his sense of humor and sincerity. It was always a good time being around him. He was an asset to our German community. I will miss him.

Please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your wonderful father, grandfather & great-grandfather.We have had the pleasure of being neighbors for the past 36 years & couldn't have asked for anyone better. Your mom & dad have always been a delight. They were truly an example of a life well lived & will be missed by all those that had the pleasure of knowing them.
