Jorge Santana Rivera Obituary
ELIZABETH CITY - Jorge David Santana Rivera, 58, of 107 Matthews Drive Elizabeth City, NC died Saturday, November 25, 2017 at his residence. A native of Orocovis, Puerto Rico, he was born May 2, 1959 to the late Fernando Santana Morales and Josefa Rivera Pagan. He was the husband of Carmen Maria Morales Rodriguez.
Besides his wife he is survived by four children, Fernando Santana Morales, Alexie Santana Morales, Myraida Santana Morales and Jorge D. Santana Morales; seven grandchildren, Leylannie Gonzalez, JeanCarlos Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez, Jalicia Santana, Jorge D. Santana III, Joniel A. Santana, Fernando Santana; three sisters, Norma Santana, Mabel Santana, Velma Santana and a brother Fernando Santana.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Twiford Memorial Chapel with the Pastor Ramon Morales officiating. The family will receive friends following the service from 3:00 to 5:00 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Diabetes Association 2418 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 206 Raleigh, NC 87604. Twiford Funeral Home, 405 E. Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC is assisting the Santana Rivera family. Online memorial condolences may be sent to the family at www.TwifordFH.com.
