This reminder came up on my feed today and my tears began to flow. As both my attorney and my friend you contributed so much to my life. Your sense of humor, your compassion for the law and your friendship are imbedded in my soul. I have no clue what happens after we leave this earth, but, where ever that is.. I hope to see you again. Keep smiling my friend, where ever you are

Arthur was my attorney first and my friend second. In both roles he improved the quality of my life, was honest about his perceptions and experiences. He was someone I could rely on, unconditionally. Your presence in the world is missed

Arthur will be missed. I had the opportunity to know Arthur as we were living at the same apartment building in Phoenicia until he moved to Woodstock 2 months ago. He was a good friend and had a heart of gold. If I had any issues or needed advice he was who I would ask. I always tried to get him to walk to town for the exersize but when either Diantha or my son Henry would be around that sounded like a better idea for Arthur to catch a ride to the local grocery store. His past time was his computer and I always was amazed tof the hours he spent there with some others with the book class he was doing too. My condolences to the family especially Liam and Jillian and I always knew from the way he spoke of the two of you that he was a very proud father.....God Bless

Arthur was a true attorney for the people. He worked hard representing those in need of legal assistance but unable to afford to hire an attorney. He saw the law as a higher calling and could always be counted on to do a good job. My heart goes out to his children and family. The Woodstock community lost a special soul.

Arthur and I go back to 1976, in Kerhonkson, where I hired him to close my my first home.
Lots of history. Sometimes a few years would go by without seeing each other, but when we did, it was just like we'd seen each other yesterday.
Bottom line about Arthur: a MENSCH.
Rest in peace.
