Robert "Bob" J. Buddenhagen, 76, of East Chester Street Kingston died Friday December 24, 2021 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born July 19, 1945 in Kingston he was the son of the late Milfred and Catherine (VanBuren) Buddenhagen. Bob was a graduate of Kingston High School Class of 1963 and served in the United States Army Reserve. He was employed as an accountant for Rotron as well as Family of Woodstock. Bob was an avid bowler and member of the Sunday Night Mixed League. He was a member of the Woodstock Motor Club, where he served as past president. He was a member of the Mustang Car Club, where he was a received several trophies. He was also an original member of the Honda Car Club. Bob is survived by his wife of forty seven years Angela "Angel" (Lovy) Buddenhagen; step daughters Joan Quigley and her husband James, Margaret “Peggy" Detaranto and her husband Frank. Grandchildren: James Quigley, IV and his wife Katrina, John Quigley, Jennifer Drakontaidis and her husband Spencer, Tina Detaranto, and Michael Detaranto and his wife Carmi Bardash. Great grandchildren Harper and Charlotte Quigley as well as many cousins also survive. Cremation and memorial arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
