John FARRAR Obituary
Husband of Rowena Bryan Farrar, he is survived by three children, John Hayward Farrar, of Clinton, Miss., Elizabeth Farrar Smith, of Baltimore, Md., and Anne Farrar Hayes, of New York, N.Y., and nine grandchildren.
John was predeceased by his eldest daughter, Leslie Tweedy Farrar and his granddaughter, Holland Sedgwick Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2012, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 12291 River Road, Richmond, Va.

I am so sorry for your loss. He took care of my Dad in 1969 at MCV(now VCU). I never forgot how good he was with my Dad and my family.
