We all are Blessed to have Paul in our lives. He always showed compassion and tried to uplift others (myself especially) even when he was going through his pain. I have never laughed so hard when Brent Julien (Paul's friend that past in January) and Paul would get together working on their bikes. It was like two little kids bickering over their toys. Both had to be right! As much Love as we have for Paul, remember that he was a gift from God and had to go home where one day we will all meet again. I'm so sorry for the Family and Friends he Loves so much that are left with this pain. He would want you all to live your life to the fullest and don't let the little things interfere with helping and loving one another...Make every minute count...Be a peace my Friend...God Bless You All. With Love, Donna Pruitt

Christal and family, I'm gonna miss seeing Paul across the street coming to visit and during the holidays. Babygirl would always run to the curb when he pulled up if she was outside and I would hear him telling her don't you come in the street. He always made sure she didn't come in the street and then he would go in the house. He'll still keep her from going in the street just like he will be watching over all of you and keeping you safe he's just doing it from heaven now. God Bless all of you during this sorrowful time. My deepest sympathy.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Paul and I were the best of friends at Thorpe Jr. High School. It seems like we had a knack for getting in trouble at the same time. From not listening in classes to thinking it was ok to report to class a few minutes late. On more than one occasion we'd end up in Principal Sexton's office trying to come up with a legitimate reason why we shouldn't get suspended or forced to clean caulk boards after school.

Back then junior high school was considered 7th, 8th and 9th grade. Thorpe closed after our 8th grade and Paul and I were shipped to different schools and we lost touch. Occasionally I would run into Paul during our high school years and we would talk about old times and how easier things were during our younger years.

After high school I moved to Florida and lost touch with my junior high school buddy but have nothing but good memories.

To his family I offer my deepest condolences and will always remember Paul fondly.

Dear Precious Ones, We are sad by nature with you at Paul's departure...but rejoice with you that he want have to suffer any more. Acceptance of things we can't change in our life's' journey is not always easy, but it is a part of life as we know it. We have known you each for many years, and love your whole family...oh so much. We watched Paul grow up...as well as each of you..."HE IS A GOOD GUY". I regret not getting to be with you as yet during this time as would be norm...it is just not feasible at this time for us to do as would be our norm. Know you are in our hearts and prayers, and are always here for each of you. God grant peace...provisions in every realm...of these dear ones lives for now and ongoing. You have treasured memories dear ones...may they bring you many smiles as lif e continues...Love love I will endeavour to make arrangements to see you soon...
