Robert Russaw Jr.

WILLIAMSBURG - Mr. Robert Russaw Jr., 66, answered the Master's call peacefully Friday, Aug. 10, 2001, at Williamsburg Community Hospital. He was a native of Georgia and had been a resident of the area for many years. He was formerly employed at the Three Rivers Country Club. He will be remembered most for his love of music, whether playing his guitar or saxophone, taking pictures of people and for his love of bowling. He loved people, and he will be greatly missed by many. He leaves to treasure his precious memories his devoted daughter, Gladys Scott of Williamsburg; his grandson, Phillip G. Scott; and a host of other loving relatives and many caring friends. A memorial service will be held at noon Thursday, Aug. 16, in Whiting's Chapel. Family and friends will assemble by 11:45 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Professional services are entrusted to the staff of Whiting's Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
