FRANK PETER GASPAROVIC AGE: 78 ROCKAWAY Frank Peter Gasparovic, 78, of Rockaway, formerly of Clifton and Lake Ariel, PA on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009. Born in Passaic, Frank Gasparovic lived in Clifton for most of his life. Prior to retiring, he was employed at S.B. Thomas in Totowa as a route salesman for 30 years. Frank was a parishioner of St. Cecilia R.C. Church in Rockaway and a former parishioner of St. Paul R.C. Church in Clifton. He was a US Army veteran, serving from 1951-1954. Frank was a Past Grand Knight and fourth degree member of Msgr. Stein Assembly of the Knights of Columbus Regina Mundi #3969, and Past Grand Commander of the Order of the Alhambra Aurora Caravan #55, Clifton. Survivors include; his wife, Maryann (Konyak) of Rockaway formerly of Clifton; his children, Joan Obrotka (Randy Hinton) of Pompton Lakes, Maryann Jaremkof (Harry) of Wayne, Carol Gasparovic (Greg D'Alessandro) of Denville, Robert Gasparovic (Tami) of Vernon, Patricia Keenan (Patrick) of Seattle, WA and Thomas Gasparovic (Joannie Sutera) of Rockaway; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; Siblings, Irene Fedorchak of Jacksonville, FL and was predeceased by Rev. Maj. Col. Eugene Gasparovic, Chaplain, USAF. Funeral services will be Saturday 9:00 am from the Bizub Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave. Clifton and 9:45 am at St. Paul R.C. Church, 231 Second St. Clifton. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Viewing Friday from 3-7 PM only.
