Charles LEIS Obituary

LEIS, Charles Arthur Age 88, of Centerville, OH, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018. Chuck was born to Arthur F. and Grace Trine Leis on May 25, 1930 in Dayton. He spent his adult life in Kettering. Chuck graduated from Fairmont High School and DePauw University. He retired as President/CEO of A.F. Leis, Co. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Marilyn Newpart Leis. He is survived by daughters, Nancy (Mike) Kota, Susan (Howard) Thiele; grandchildren, Megan (Wade) Morris, Emily (Jason) O'Rouke, Christopher (Katherine) Thiele and their family, Elizabeth (Patrick) Novak; great-grandchildren, Jane, Annie, and Eliza Morris, Paige and Lucy Novak. Per Chuck's request services will be private. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Bethany Village Benevolent Care Fund, 6430 Inner Mission Way, Dayton, OH 45459, or Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420. Family is in care of Routsong Funeral home.

Sorry to hear of Chuck's passing, I would like to offer my sincere condolences to his family. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope. In the days to come may you find comfort in that hope.
