LaVerne Ringer Obituary
News Death Notice
RINGER, Ms. LaVerne age 60, born January 19, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. Her remaining days were spent peacefully with her family. A graduate of Dunbar High School, Class of 1969. She was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her mother, Alberta Ringer; 2 daughters, Latonya and Renee Ringer; 2 sisters, Jacqueline McDonald and Janet Smith; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, all of Dayton; a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held 11 am Monday, May 2, 2011 at the HOUSE OF WHEAT Funeral Home, Inc., 2107 N. Gettysburg Ave. Bro. Christopher Landrum, Minister of Broadway Church of Christ, officiating. Interment Greencastle Cemetery. Visitation 9 am Monday at the funeral home until the time of service. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
