VOLLMER, William "Ben" Age 23 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday March 25, 2017. He was born in Oxford on December 31, 1993, the son of William Vollmer II and Amy (Sherman) Vollmer. Ben was a graduate of Talawanda High School class of 2012 then furthered his education at Butler Tech graduating in 2016. He just started his career working for Frederick Mechanical in Oxford. Ben is survived by his parents; sisters, Morgan and Hannah Vollmer; grandparents, Bill and Lois Vollmer and Robert and Barbara Sherman; uncle David (Heather) Vollmer; aunt Lisa Richardson; cousins, Ross Kitchen, Paige (Josh) Sizelove and Taylor Ruder. He was preceded in death by his aunt Tari (Vollmer) Ruder. Visitation will be held on Thursday March 30, 2017 from 5-8pm at Oxford Bible Fellowship 800 S. Maple Street, Oxford, Ohio 45056. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family suggest contributions be made in his memory to the church. Ben was one of the most compassionate, goofy, and loving souls I have ever met. He was always ready to hug anyone who needed it, and he knew how to make everyone laugh. I'm sending my deepest condolences to his family, and I wish so badly that we could take your pain away. Ben was one of a kind, and his presence will be missed by so many.
