Think of Bill often. He coached my son and worked with me on workers comp issues. Most important Bill was a decent man and a good friend. Bill is always in my prayers.

Bill was my first year law school roommate. He was a great guy who introduced me to British humor, especially the Young Ones and Black Adder. He will be greatly missed. Joe McDonald.

Coaching highest level competitive youth soccer in America is arduous, encompassing and unpredictable. Coaching with Bill was fun and real and unforgettable. I cherish our DSB memories.

Bill was the best attorney I worked with in Delaware. He was always very nice and professional. He was great legal strategist and teacher of Delaware WC Laws. I will miss working with him. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family most of all.

Bill was one of the best people I've had the pleasure to know. Both professionally in the legal community and in the coaching community, Bill was unrelenting in his dedication and commitment. But what I will miss most is his friendship. No matter how much time went by, whenever Bill saw you he always had a smile, a welcome handshake and treated you like his best friend. A true gentleman and true friend.
