William C. "Bill" Phipps III

William C. “Bill” Phipps, III, age 67 of Cochranville, PA went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018. He was the loving husband of Debbie (Lovelidge) Phipps, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Bill was born on August 27, 1950 in Philadelphia, PA a son of the late William C. and Elinor (Cummings) Phipps. In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his three children: Tara Knowlton, Jason Phipps and Andrew Phipps. Siblings: Susan Twaddell, Karen Simmons, Gail Fusaro and Tim Phipps. His brother, Gary Phipps preceded him in death. Viewing Monday, March 12 from 5-8 p.m. at the Manor Presbyterian Church, 505 Street Rd., Cochranville, PA 19330 Funeral services will be held at the church on Tuesday, March 13 at 11 a.m. Interment with military honors will be in Faggs Manor Cemetery.
