Ruth Pringle Obituary
Annette
Gouverneur, NY: 86, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at the home of her son in Williamson under the care of her family and Hospice. Ruth was born in Watertown on April 27, 1925, the daughter of Cecil and Emily Deline Fowler.
Ruth married Charles E. Pringle on June 22, 1946 at Hope Presbyterian Church in Watertown. Charles passed away April 29, 2005.
Ruth is survived by a daughter Charlotte Pringle and her companion Fred Siebert of Stanley, two sons Charles and Sharon Pringle of Williamson, Donald and Cathy Pringle of Ontario, NY, 7 grandchildren, a brother Charles and Barbara Fowler of Newark, a sister Marguerite and William Stevens of Gouverneur, several nieces and nephews. She also has a brother James Fowler and is predeceased by her husband Charles, a daughter Susan Ernhout Beal, 3 brothers Leonard, Claude, and Stan Fowler, and a sister Gladys Martin.
Calling hours are Saturday, July 23rd from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. with a service at 11:30 a.m. at the Green Funeral Home, Gouverneur with Rev. Dr. Richard Mayforth, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, Gouverneur, officiating. Interment in Hailesboro Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Lifetime Care/Wayne County Hospice, 3111 South Winton Road, Rochester, NY 14623.
