Zachary Colbert Obituary
Des Moines
Zachary John Colbert, 22, passed away Friday, May 30, 2014. He was born July 30, 1991 in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from Hoover High School and attended Iowa State and DMACC. Zack was an amazing artist and an avid Boston Celtics fan and admired Paul Pierce. Zack is lovingly remembered by his mother, Sharon Colbert; aunt, Johnita Colbert; cousin, Kaycee Rosacker and her daughter, Devyn; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends. He joins his grandparents, John, Mary, and Lometa Colbert; and uncle, Robert Cooley who precede him in death.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Zack. Condolences may be left at www.HamiltonsFuneralHome.com.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, also at the funeral home.

Sharon I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. Sounds like he grew up to be a fine young man. You must of been so proud of him. Sharon and family. My grandson Ryan and I are very sad to hear about Zach. Whenever we needed help at the store he was always very helpful and kind, and he knew his stuff. He was a very good kid and grew up to become a wonderful young man. He will be missed by all. God bless you and your family at this difficult time.
