HELEN L. MOORE

HELEN MOORE Obituary

Age 55, March 15, 2002. Survivors include: Elmer O Neal Moore, Detroit, MI, one brother Jason Davis, Raleigh, NC, one sister Carolyn Payne, Aston, PA, six nephews, seven nieces and a host of other relatives and friends. She received a BS from Benedict College, Columbia, SC and received her masters degree in Education from Wayne State University, Detroit. She was a teacher for the Detroit Public Schools for 20 years, her last assignment was Courtis Elementary School. Viewing will be from 3-9 p.m. today at the Swanson Funeral Home, N.W. Chapel, 14751 W. McNichols Rd. at Lauder, Detroit. Family hour Thursday 10:30 a.m. Funeral 11 a.m. at Hope United Methodist Church in Southfield. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery with Swanson Funeral Home Directing.
