SCOTT G. MADDOX

MADDOX SCOTT G. 56, of Findlay, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013, at Birchaven Village. Scott was born on September 15, 1956 in Springdale, Ohio to Glenn and Winifred (Trainer) Maddox. Scott graduated from Kimball High School in Royal Oak, MI, in 1974 and went on to graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1978. Scott worked for the Marathon Oil Company in a variety of roles for over 34 years. Scott loved golfing, hiking, all kinds of music, and had a great sense of humor. Most of all Scott loved his family. Scott is survived by his wife, Julie (Gallo) Maddox; daughters, Jennifer (Matt) Clair, of Bettendorf, IA, and Jacqueline (Carlton) McMillen, of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Grant and Henry Clair; mother, Winifred Maddox, of Ypsilanti, MI; and sisters, Keane (Don) Michelin, of Trenton, MI, Kris Reutter, of Ypsilanti, MI, and Julia (Kevin) Keller, of White Lake, MI. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Maddox. A Celebration of Scott's life will be held on Saturday, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500).
