Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ricks,
I felt extremely lucky that I had the privelage to know your daughter Amanda. She was a wonderful person and friend and I will always remember the kindness she showed to me and everyone she met. Amanda truely loved the Lord and I know she is now in a better place. I enjoyed working with her last school year on witnessing to our classmates through the Teens for Christ bible studies, she truely inspired me to never be afraid to show how great the Lord is. She will be missed very deeply and my thoughts and prayers will be with you and the rest of your family.

Our prayers are with you always. There are no words that can express our feelings. We know Amanda is singing with choirs of angels in Heaven, even though she will be missed desperately here. -- The Crandall Family.

To the Ricks Family:
It is with a sad and heavy heart that I offer my deepest sympathies. Amanda was a beautiful and loving girl. The years that she and Meagan have been friends have afforded me the opportunity to get to know her. She has touched a great many lives, and each one of them will be doubly blessed for her having been a part of it. She will be greatly missed, but please know that through her friends and their families she will be remembered and loved.

Mr. and Mrs. Ricks,
I cannot begin to tell you how sorry that I am for Amanda's passing. She was a dear friend to me. You can bet that I will be there for her funeral service. I wish it just wasn't true. She has touched soooo many lives. She puts everybody before herself. That is not an easy thing to do.
Mrs. Ricks,
I know that you are taking this the hardest. I want you to know that I loved our friendship together. I wouldn't give it up for the world. It was everything that I could have asked for. She has always been there for me. I will now prove my friendship by being there for her at her funeral.

Mr. and Mrs. Ricks,
I am offering to you my deepest sympathy. My heart is heavy as I write this, but it is also light as I know that this precious child is now resting in Jesus's arms. What a joy Amanda was and how she influenced everyone she came in contact with. She certainly touched my heart last year in Teens for Christ. She was indeed a child who loved her Lord. That must be a comfort to you in this difficult time. You are in my prayers. Debbie Petersen
