Annie Horton Obituary

Annie Ruth Horton, 82, a homemaker, passed into glory on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Providence Baptist Church, 5500 Rickenbacker Place. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
She was a loving caregiver, a skilled seamstress and a talented gardener. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Mandell Horton Jr.; and children, Mandell Horton III and Jane L. Lee.
Survivors: Son, James Lee Jr.; daughter, Mandelyn Wyrick; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
