Clifford Anthony Obituary
Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Blessing Colonial Chapel in Mansfield. Visitation: noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Clifford was born May 25, 1922, in Diboll. He was a World War II veteran and machinist by trade. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, in 1997.
Survivors: Sons, George Anthony and wife, Dianne, of Arlington and Benny Anthony and wife, Vickie, of Venus; grandchildren, Renee, Rebekah, John Dee, Rachel, R.C., Tyke, Scooter, Jeremy and Kenda; great-grandchildren, Craig, Dillon, Samantha, Jonathen, and Joshua; great-great-grandchild, Peyton; sisters, Juanita Hebert and Laura Lee Fussell; and brothers, George E. Anthony and Joe Anthony.

As Aunt Laura Lee would say, Bob Hope has some competition in Heaven now!
Bless you George, Dianne, Benny, Vickie and the rest of the family as Uncle Clifford takes his place in Heaven along with his family and friends that have gone before him.
Thanks for sharing him with us...the last time I talked to him he told a joke. I said I would be back to visit...and he *Like (Gen. Douglas) MacArthur!"
