Richard Smith Obituary

Richard I. Smith, 52, passed away Friday, June 11, 2004, at an Arlington hospital.

Memorial service: 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 18, in Moore Funeral Home-Bowen Road Chapel, 4216 S. Bowen Road. Visitation: afterward at the funeral home.

Richard I. Smith was born Nov. 14, 1952, in Fort Worth. He was a courtesy bus driver for Hertz at Love Field Airport for four years. Richard was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Oliver, in 2001, and a brother, Brian Smith, in 1964.

Survivors: Wife, Vicky Smith; son, Jason Smith and wife, Apryl; daughter, Rikki Kuykendall and husband, Jeff; stepsons, Casey Stafford and Cody Stafford and wife, Julia; stepdaughters, Charlotte Bones and husband, Mark, and Jennifer Taylor; father, T.B. Smith; brother, Martin Smith and wife, Juanell, of Kaufman; sister, Beth Wilson; 23 grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
