Duane, thank you for bringing Susan into our lives. She was a very kind, caring person and I know you will miss her very much. We enjoyed having her here this summer and glad she got to see D.C. and the Virginia mountains.

Hello My name is Maria Guzman. I work at the Exxon located at 35 and Sycamore School Road. I just wanted to send my condolences to all of you.
Susan was a very hard worker who went out of her way to help us even in those times that she could not. I would call her and other stores when some one would call in. She was the only one who would offer to help us. She is a very hard worker. She was always worried about not doing good enough. She did what alot of people would not do for us when we needed help.
She was a very dedicated worker who would go out of her way to help others. Several times when my manager Lori was on vacation I would call Susan, and there she was in less than thirty minutes at the store helping me.
About two years ago we went out to celebrate our friend Lori's Birthday and had the greatest time ever. I wish that we could have done it again. She is one of the greatest people that God have given me the honor to meet.
Susan was a very good customer as well. At times on her days off if she was in the area she would stop in and it would just make my day. We would get to talking and no matter how much we would try to talk about something else some how we would end up talking about Exxon.
I could go on and on about my friend Susan but then I would not give anyone else a chance to talk about our dearest friend Susan. Susan will be greatly missed. It will never be the same without her at Exxon.

To the family, I love so much. Tears burn my eyes,pain shoots through my heart. I loved her so much. When I moved away, I was torn between places. I will miss her so much. She was perfect to me in so many ways. She never stoped giving, caring and always opening her heart to everyone she met. She will always be my bestfriend and my sister. I think of Susan in her swim suit in the summer heat, offering me some tasty treat, relaxing at the house, hanging with her and my dad, Duane. Thanksgiving & Christmas Susan and her family welcomed me each year making my family all the sudden expansive. Loving, giving, and I'm grateful to have had her in my life. Shawna, Bubba and Holly I am so sorry. Words do nothing to help ease the pain I know you are feeling right now. But, your worst day was her BEST day and if given the choice, she would not leave there to be here. It's not goodbye by any means. You now have an angel to watch over Ridge, Addyson and Ryland. I tell Landrye that our nanny makes the rainbows and now they too have their special angel to talk to when they feel like they have no one and I find a lot of comfort in that when I get sad. We are here if you need anything at all.

Susan is one of the most Loving people I have ever known. She treated everyone with respect and kindness and she lit up in the company of her family!
