A Mass of Christian Burial for Julie Marie Zeller, 58, of Westerville and formerly of Heath will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 66 Granville Street, Newark, with Rev. David Sizemore, Parish Priest, as celebrant. Julie passed away on December 20, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 19, 1959 in Columbus to the late James P. and Patricia Zeller. She was a graduate of Watkins Memorial High School, class of 1977 and had worked with Bob Evans restaurant for 20 years. Julie was a faithful member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Newark and St. Leonard Catholic Church in Heath. She was also a faithful parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Newark and St. Leonard Catholic Church in Heath. Julie was a quiet, sweet soul who never had an unkind word to say about anyone. She enjoyed long walks, reading and visiting her family across the country. She also liked "girls' days out", breakfast foods, Princess Diana and the Christmas Holiday. She was a devoted Ohio State Buckeyes fan and could always be seen sporting scarlet and gray colors. Julie is survived by her four brothers, Clay (Becky) Zeller of Newark, Tim Zeller of Columbus, Chris Zeller of Tampa, Florida and Thomas Zeller of Vancouver, Washington; two sisters, Bridget Zeller of Shawnee, Kansas and Ann (Jim) Peeples of Westerville; nephews, Matthew Van Hatten, Adam Zeller and Jay Peeples; nieces, Melissa Crane, Abbie Prescott, Chloe Peeples and Audrey Peeples; and many great-nephews and nieces. Julie's family would like to thank Dr. Jerry Mitchell of the Zangmeister Center and Viaquest Hospice, especially Lisa and Josh, for the compassionate care they given to Julie.
