A year has pasted since Nettie left us all with a large hole in our hearts. I think of her often with a tear in my eye and then talk to my daughter (Jaclyn) who tells me about all the fun (and crazy) things they did together and it brings a smile to my face. I believe I will always be sad when remembering Nettie and that God called her home way to early for my liking. Bless you sweet angel.

The Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents,
grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our
only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the
death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist
the grieving family. We meet monthly in Columbus from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday
of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
If and when you are ready to do so, please join us. We Need Not Walk Alone. We are

Our prayers go out to this family during this time of great sorrow. Junetta was a lovely young lady. She visited our house many times with my daughter, Selena Perez. My daughter lost a part of her heart when she lost her best friend. We pray that the family will find peace and guidance through the Lord now and forever. We know that Zyler will learn what a beautiful woman his mother was. Rest in peace Nettie, we will forever keep you in our thoughts and in our hearts. Deeply missed by Bill, Mary and Brydon.

Junetta was a beautiful girl and a good friend to my daughter, Kelley. She came to our home many times. The last time was to show us her little boy. We are stunned at her loss. Our prayers go out to all her family and friends. We do not know why things like this must happen, but with God's help and guidance everyone will get thru. Keep the faith and be strong. I did not know Nettie nor the family but it's obvious that she was a very special girl. I know she was deeply loved by my future daughter-in-law Cheyenne Hamaker and touched her life for many years. My thoughts and prayers have been with the family.

I can't even imagine how hard it is for Nettie's family, since the rest of us are in shock. She touched so many lives in such a deep special way that there was no way you couldn't love her. I was blessed to know Nettie from a young age. She was my daughter's best friend and I always thought of her as family. My heart and prayers go out to her family, especially her beautiful baby boy. To All of Nettie's Family - my prayers go out to you during this difficult time. I knew Nettie as my niece Jaclyn's (Williams) best friend. We saw Nettie at many family functions and High School events. She was always with a smile and we enjoyed her being with us. Nettie was an exquisite person that I feel blessed to have known. She was such a wonderful friend to Maggie, like a guardian angel to her. We were lucky enough to have her and Zyler over for an evening two weeks ago and it's a memory that I will cherish forever! I grew up down the street from Nettie. I was super shy and had a hard time making friends and she befriended me. She was always the nicest sweetest girl and I have so many fond memories of her. RIP Nettie

Nettie was a beautiful young woman inside and out. I had the privilege of seeing her grow from a sixth grader into a caring, compassionate, loving, friendly young woman. Her smile was radiant. She had a way of touching your soul and bringing out the good in others. Nettie, you will be missed.
