Obbie B. Moore was born to Freddie Moore and Addine Ware Judd on Sept. 19, 1944 in Chickasaw Co. Mr. Moore was a member of the Big C Hunting Club.
Obbie B. Moore is survived by 5 daughters; Nichole Heard (Eddie) of Aberdeen, MS, Santana Gardner (Amber) of Belden, MS, Yolanda Stewart of Okolona, MS, Carolyn Moore of Toledo, OH and Lynette Cunningham of Aberdeen, MS. 1 Son; James Moore of Toledo, OH. 5 Sisters; Margie Dean Townsend of Okolona, MS, Rena Wallace (Riley) of Van-Vleet, MS, Georgiana Harvey of San Antonio, TX, Linda Edwards (Kerry) of Verona, MS, Peggy Moore of Grand Rapids, MI. There are also 16 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces & nephews.
Obbie B. Moore was preceded in death by Dwayne Moore, Anthony Cunningham, Limetrius Robertson, Martha Moore McClendon, Mary Lee Moore Parker and Lillie Mae Stanfield.
The visitation was Friday, Oct. 31, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. at Williams Memorial. The service was Sat., Nov. 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Mt. Calvary Outreach Ministries in Okolona with Rev. Odell Bowen officiating. The burial followed at Okolona Oddfellows Cemetery.
Williams Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
