Sarah Ward Obituary
A celebration of life service will be at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1st, at New Robbs Bethel Baptist Church in Pontotoc County. Bro. Wayne Ward will officiate.
She leaves one grandson, Billy Shane Gann (Amy) of Saltillo; three great-grandchildren, Baylie Carson Gann, Boston Gurner and Banks Johnson; one brother, Grady B. Thompson, Jr. (Joyce) of Ingomar; one sister, Ramona Roweze (Madison) of Florence, Alabama; many beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; and countless friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Butch Ward, and one son, Shane Dowdy; one daughter, Tina Dowdy Gann, her parents, Grady B. Thompson, Sr. and Loyce Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Glasgow Cemetery Fund at First Choice Bank in Pontotoc or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
