Elinor Anseaume Obituary

Elinor Arlene Anseaume went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 surrounded by her son, Homer; and daughter, Christine. Elinor was born on April 17, 1923 to Myrtle and James Cox in Charlottesville, VA. The second child of five, she leaves a sister, Virginia Cassidy; sister, Anona Hall; sister, Beaulah Hyre; and brother, Carroll Cox preceded her in death. She was raised in Sparrows Point and lived in the Gray Manor and Inverness areas of Maryland. Married to Homer Walton (deceased) and later in life to Charles Anseaume (deceased). She leaves two children: Homer Walton and Christine Zeberlein; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Elinor in 94 years has left many good memories behind. Her prayers and candle burning for loved ones will not be forgotten. She liked to create religious songs and offered a helping hand to all.
The family sends a special thanks to the staff on the 4th floor of Stella Maris Hospice.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
