Charles Grant Obituary

Charles "Charlie" Edward Grant Resident of Richmond 77, died Thursday, November 30, 2006 due to complications during his much-anticipated back surgery. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Zepha Grant; and sister, Billie Arlene Grant. He is survived by his four sons, Jeffrey E. Grant of Los Angeles, CA, Justin M. and Jordan R. Grant of Oakland, CA, and McKinley Reynolds Jr. of Antioch, CA; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Friday, December 15, 2006, 11 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11150 San Pablo Ave., El Cerrito, CA 94530. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John's School Endowment Fund in memory of Charles Grant. McNary-Morgan-Greene &Jackson Mortuary 510-848-1238 FD 632

I am going to miss you tremendously. Even though we live on different coasts you have been a part of my life for a long time. Your humor and personality touched me when I first met you and have stuck with me ever since. We will miss you - but God had other plans. You are in His care and that's a good thing!!
